We will accept your packages that arrive by UPS, FedEx, and U.S. Postal Service that are delivered to our store. Please see Addressing Details area of this page for where to have items being shipped by freight truck delivered. We don't except C.O.D.s. If you would like to use our service, contact us by phone or Email to register for an account.  Failure to register before your package arrives may result in your package being refused. To register we will need your full name, address, phone number(s), and your Email address. Please see the Contact Us link of this page.

 

RESTRICTIONS

We are unable to accept anything over 100lbs at this time. We currently have a 2 week holding period for packages that are regular size (See Restrictions for what's over size/weight) awaiting collection.  If you have ordered multiple items & are waiting for them all to arrive before pick up, some packages may incur a daily fee. The two week holding periods starts when the first package arrive & not the last package to arrive.  Extra fees will be assessed to each customer that has packages still not picked up after this time.  Please see the Fees area.  This is to ensure we have enough space to accommodate all of our customers. Any packages over weight/size will need to be picked up the same week they are received at our location. If you are unable to pick up your package within this time frame, you may authorize another person to pick up for you. Contact us with the person's name and we will release your items to that person. Please contact us if you are unsure as to whether we can accept your package or not. We don't ship packages out and we don't forward packages or mail from our location.

Fees & Notifications

Fees:

We do not charge a fee to register for an account & you Must be registeresd with us before you ship any packages to our location as they may be rejected.   Packages less than 50 lbs and less than 108" total will be charged $5 per package. Packages 50 lbs and over or more than 108" will be charged $10 per package. Tires less than 70 lbs will be charged $10 per tire. Tires more than 70 lbs or with rims installed will be charged $20 per tire.

Any packages here 4 weeks, or longer will incur a $5 daily charge per package until they are picked up.  Once again, these new policies are in place to insure that we have enough space to accommodate all of our customers.

Notifications:

You will be notified by Email the same day that your package arrives. Please contact us if you have tracked your package to our location but have not received an Email from us, as this usually indicates the package arrived without a name.
